Front Seat Belt Anchorage problem #2

On Sunday April 28, 2002 we were driving the subject Ford truck. When we returned home, the seat-belt on the passenger side would not unbuckle. After working with the belt for approximately 10 minutes, we had to cut the belt to allow my wife to get out of the truck. This problem had never happened before. On Monday, April 29, 2002 , I contacted ft. Mill Ford in ft. Mill, SC. I was told this does on occasion happen, and because the truck has over 50,000 miles, there is no warranty for the belt. My concern is that this problem could have resulted in a very serious situation had there been an emergency. If this is a common problem with these seatbelts, someone needs to correct this problem.
