Two problems related to frame and members have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Lower arm where it is attached to truck frame became loose. While driving it makes alignment changes. Driver thinks he is going straight, but is going back and forth. The manufacturer suggested lock washers as a temporary fix, but the a- arm has now moved again changing the wheel alignment.
Is pe99019 related to spare tire wear due to mounting against the chassis (causing damage to the spare)? if so, this complaint extends that complaint to cover model year 1999 as well.
