One problem related to radio/tape cd player has been reported for the 1999 Ford F-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Display panel on the am/fm cd player failed. Apparently this is a common issue with all Ford factory radios. Called my Ford dealership to see if it would be possible to purchase a display circuit board, unfortunately it could not. Repair was min 250. 00 and a total replacement 500. 00.
