Three problems related to windshield wiper/washer motor have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-150. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
'99 Ford F-150 windshield wipers work by themselves without turning them on. This is an ongoing problem.
Windshield wipers have an intermittent loss of wiper function. Wipers sometimes come on/ go off, and stop while in process. Motor seems to have some type of electrical short. Consumer has to take it to dealer.
