When trying to lower the radio using the volume knob, the volume actually went higher until it couldn't get any louder. I was attempting to answer my cell phone, and couldn't hear the person due to the volume of the radio. It simply wouldn't lower. I feel this is a safety concern worth fixing.

2000 Ford f150 developed a problem with the radio equipment.

3 Radio/tape Cd Player problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2000

Radio heats up to point that when putting in a cd or tape they could melt. Contacted dealer, and dealer was not willing to do anything.
