The contact owns a 2007 Ford F-150. While driving various speeds, the transmission made a strange noise and the vehicle jerked. When attempting to switch from reverse to forward, the front tires spun and the rear tires seemed to be locked. The vehicle failed to switch gears. The dealer was notified.
