The contact stated that this was the third time that the same window panel shattered since owning the vehicle. The dealer hassett Ford (3530 sunrise hwy, wantagh, NY 11793, 516-785-7800) stated there was no recall for the issue and there was also no warranty on the vehicle. The manufacturer had not been contacted yet. The failure mileage was 23,000.
