While the vehicle was at paradise Ford (1360 west king street, cocoa, FL 32922, (888) 379 8533) for routine maintenance, the contact was advised that the wheel lug nuts and the lug nuts chrome cover were worn, unable to torque, and needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the lug nuts and the lug nuts chrome cover failed due to a manufacturer defect. The contact stated that the tires had been rotated nineteen times at the same dealer and there was no mention of replacing the lug nuts and the lug nuts chrome cover.
