Ball Joint problems of the 2014 Ford F-150

Tl the contact owns a 2014 Ford F-150. While the vehicle was parked in the carport, the contact noticed that the rear passenger side tire was flat. The contact called roadside assistance to the house and they determined that the lug nuts were severely rusted and four of them had to be broken in order to have the spare tire installed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 63,000.
