When taking off into traffic the truck simply dies, this doesn't happen all the time. When I try to crank the truck the it tries to turn over, but sounds like no fuel it getting through. The last time this happen my wife and son pulled out of the subdivision onto two lane road going up hill. I had the truck towed to the nearest parking lot. When looking at the fuse box I noticed the 20amp mirco fuse was burnt/melted into slot on the fuse panel. I was able to get the fuse out and replaced it with a 15amp mico fuse. The truck started up with no problems. My wife also told me that she has noticed the truck looses fuel pressure when going down the road. This happens occasionally. We have notice the battery lite comes on when the problem occur. When this happens I could usually wait 20 min and then it would start, but the last time it happen the 20 min waiting period didn't help. I took the truck to pinnacle Ford in lexington and they told me there the was known problem with a tech advisory bulletin associated to this problem. The fix the problem and I feel better my wife and children will not be suck on the road with a broken down truck.
