I am writing because I had the 3 recalls on my vehicle repaired 3 years ago but the dealership apparently may not have completed these because I just received a letter from Ford stating a quality audit discovered it may not have been done. Your website states they are incomplete which is beyond frustrating. I had to go through a lot just to get the dealership to work with me to give me a loaner car in order to get them done. Now I may have been driving around for 3 years in a vehicle I thought was fixed which could still injure me.

After driving the truck and reentering I tried the seat belt and it pull out allowing me to engage the sealtbelt it was fully retracting and pulling out. The truck is ten months old with 13,000 miles. I do remember that when I initially purchased the truck the seat belt would completely retract while I was wearing it causing discomfort as I was unable to pull it out. . I would have to unbuckle the belt, let it retract in and then pull it back out. Since it is now working Ford is unable to do anything but replace the seat belt if it occurs again.
