Two problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 1998 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at 35mph involved in a frontal collison. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy.
During a front impact collision with another vehicle above 15 mph the air bags failed to deploy . I am in doubt as to the reliability of the system. The dealer said it did not deploy due to the angle at which the bumper was hit.
