Three problems related to front suspension lower ball joint have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The ball joints on the front end failed. Consumer felt they used grease fittings. This would not happen. Called dealer, but warranty wxpired, and had yet to repair this problem.
When making turns there was a loud squeaking in front of vehicle. After inspecting vehicle consumer noticed both front lower ball joints had to be replaced. Consumer replaced ball joints.
