Two problems related to tail light have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tail lights keep blowing out every three months due to overheating of the sockets, causing the bulbs to fall out of the socket. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that nothing else could be done except keep on replacing the sockets.
Whenever driving during the day or during the night interior lights & back lights would come on & then go off. The fuel tank also leaked fuel. Have taken vehicle to dealership & was informed by mechanic there was no way the problem could be corrected.
