Two problems related to front seat head restraint have been reported for the 2001 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer is concerned about the design of rear seats, they0 do not have headrests, in the event of a rear end crash the passenger?s head would go through the window.
The consumer stated that the passengers rear seat does have headrest. It will be unsafe for rear seat passengers if an accident occurs.
