general problems of the 2002 Ford F-250

While driving 65 mph another vehicle ran into the driver's vehicle head on. Neither frontal air bag deployed upon impact. The driver and passenger sustained head and neck injuries and were transported by ambulance to the hospital. The vehicle was totaled.

Driving aprox. 35- 40 mph in our Ford F-250 when a car pulled out in front of us. . I hit the breaks and turned the wheels to the right. Point of impact was at the front of the truck (at the driver side bumper area). However no air bags went off. The impact was hard enough to total her car.
