One problem related to other fuel system tank assembly has been reported for the 2002 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
One of the vapor valves breaks on the gasoline tank, it is not replaceable so you have to buy a new tank. Ford has obsoleted the tank and it is not available from any place. You can smell the gas vapors when the truck is at rest. I am waiting for it to blow up.
