When the truck accelerates and reaches about 40-5mph the truck begins to wobble sideways. This wobbling sensation shakes the steering wheel violently and as the speed increases so does the shake. I have not had the truck over 65mph as it becomes unmanageable and is very hard to keep in its lane. The tyres are wearing funny as a result. All 4 wheels are wearing a band around both the inside and outside of the tyres.
I had lt265/75r16 bf goodrich tires on my truck, with only approx. 12,000 miles on them, the truck does not get driven but once a week. Traveling on the interstate when the passenger front tire exploded. I was able to control the truck and get it off the road without hitting anyone. But my truck sustained $3800. 00 in damage. I filed claim with michelin and sent them the tire, they denied the claim that I must have hit something very hard and that caused the tire to split on the inside lining which then caused the blow out. I have never hit anything and I travel the same two roads all the time with both my vehicles so I know I did not hit anything. Secondly these are "rough terrain" tires so even if I did hit something they should have not split. Michelin is very lucky that I had control of the truck, there were cars on both sides of me that would have resulted in a lawsuit against them if I had hit them. I was afraid to drive the truck with the other 3 existing tires so I had all four replaced at tires plus.
I have had several problems with the spark plugs blowing out of motor and breaking coil causing it too leak fuel vapors out possibly causing a fire this has happened several times. Three different certified mechanics have advised this is caused to defect in the aluminum heads from factory not having enough threads causing the spark plug to blow out. Possibly causing injury or fire. This issue needs addressed as it is a safety concern. We had a small engine fire causing slight damage to engine compartment that had to be repaired.
Ford f250 super duty 6. 0l diesel; 130,000 miles high pressure oil pump goes out. All fuel injectors need replacing, high pressure fuel regulator disintegrates. At 99,000 the turbo had a leak, we had to have the truck towed to Ford dealer. This truck should not need these repairs this soon, something is wrong. Dad was a diesel mechanic, this is very faulty equipment. Truck has had all regular maintenance. Truck just loses power suddenly.
