One problem related to front seat belt has been reported for the 2004 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle experienced difficulty with the front passenger side seat belt. Each time the brake was applied to turn the corner or hitting a bump in the road the safety belt will tighten. Owner took the vehicle to the dealer and manufacturer, and was told that there was nothing they could do. Consumer stated that the seat belt locked up so tight that it hurt his chest and neck. It would not release until the seat belt was unbuckled. The consumer had to let it retract all the way back, then rebuckle it.
