Owners/service Manual problems of the 2005 Ford F-250

One problem related to owners/service manual has been reported for the 2005 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Owners/service Manual problem

Failure Date: 05/08/2005

I purchased a 2005 Ford f250 superduty truck with camper package. I could not locate the camper certificate. I have contacted the selling dealership and Ford through their customer service e-mail. I've been told the certificate is not available for my vehicle and I cannot get a copy. I am the original owner. The certificate was not put in my truck or given to me. It is my understanding, manufacturers of trucks that are capable of accommodating slide-in campers manufactured after April 1, 1973, must provide a cargo weight rating and the longitudinal limits within which the center of gravity for the cargo weight rating should be located. The purpose of this section is to provide information that can be used to reduce overloading and improper load distribution in truck-camper combinations, in order to prevent accidents resulting from the adverse effects of these conditions on vehicle steering and braking. Nothing has been done to correct this.
