general problems of the 2005 Ford F-250

The tire is a cooper (discoverer/rigged trek) 35x12. 50r20lt. The tire is unreadable as it ripped off the bead. While driving, a sudden pop suddenly occurred and smoke began to appear. I pulled over and realized the entire tire popped/blew up. No accident, it was at 35mph approximately. The vehicle has not been inspected yet as I am typing this while waiting for a tow truck.

So far 3 of 4 tires have lost their shape by belt separation. They all went around 25 thousand miles.

Tire tread separation and subsequent blowout while towing a trailer. Second time in six weeks with this type tire/mileage.

The contact owns a 2005 Ford F-250 superduty. The contact stated when driving 60 mph and up over a road bump, the vehicle would begin to shake violently to the point where the contact was unable to maintain his grip of the steering wheel. The contact received a technical service bulletin in regards to the failure. The dealer advised that the failure was caused instead by inadequate tire pressure. The vehicle was not repaired and was taken to an independent mechanic for a second opinion. The mechanic was unable to diagnose the failure. The failure persisted. The failure mileage was 75,000.

I own a 2005 Ford f250 with 35x12. 50x17 in tires on stock rims. I was traveling north on route 8 with my daughter of 30 days. . Yes 30 days old and my drivers front tire fell apart. This resulted in a horrible crash. We were torn off the road immediately and went through lots of wire guard rail, down a 40 foot cliff and took out dozens of trees, some of them were 14" round. We rolled end over end and again sideways during this time. I was struck in the head with the roof. There was some serious head cuts on me along with swollen sore bruised etc everything else. My 50,000 truck is totaled. Its now junk and I could have killed my daughter and myself due to this defective tire.
