Both front driver and passenger electric heated seats switch is too easily to inadvertently bump into the "on" position by driver/passenger legs. Ford needs to redesign a relocation or retrofit kit to move the switch or change the momentary on/off switch to a different type of switch. This condition has made me pull off the side of the road many of times to let the seat cool down which takes a while. . . Especially during the summer months. This situation creates an unexpected sudden heating of the seat and can make the operator very uncomfortable. Additionally, I had pull over as fast as I could leaving the truck at times in a vulnerable lane of traffic. Please have someone from Ford call me at 210-323-8037 or email me at altonlee@satx. Rr. Car was park over night in front of my house . 5 am neighbor came out to get newspapers and saw truck was smoking from inside cab n saw flame. Neighbor call fire department, fire department put out fire from inside cab and verify it was the heated seat module that's cause the seat to go up in flame. Have a report from the fire department and fire marshal. Where do I file a complaint for who is liable for my repair. ? cause this is clearly a manufactured defect. What if I was in my car with my kids. ? please help direct me in the path or whom may help me with my situation. Thanks.
