: the contact stated that while driving 65 mph, the vehicle started to shake uncontrollably. The shaking was centered in the steering column. The shaking caused a loss of control of the vehicle, nearly causing a collision. The vehicle was taken to a service dealer, where the wheel bearing was changed. The repair, however, did not fix the problem.
