Tl. The contact owns continental contitrac / lt275/70r18 tires on a 2008 Ford F-250. The contact while driving 50 mph all four tires started to split on the sidewall. The contact the tire to a local shop to have the tires replaced the the local shop informed the contact about NHTSA campaign I. D. 11t002000 (tires:tread/belt). The contact called the tire manufacturer stated due to the dot number the tire are not included in the recall. The contact stated the tire should be recalled due to what's stated in the summary. The contact stated the faulty tires could have caused a crash. The failure mileage was 32,413. Jo.
