The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-250. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 -75 mph, the vehicle experienced the death wobble. The contact would aggressively apply the brakes to reduce the speed to 25 mph. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who replaced the drag linkage, track bar, tie rod ends, stabilizer, and bushings. The failure had progressed since the repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 135,000.
Truck start shaking violently at 60 miles per hour at random times on random days, also known as the death wobble.
The abs system and the advanced auto trac malfunction and causes loss of breaks. Ford can not diagnose the problem and seems unworried about the issue. I have questioned Ford about this problem and the response I get is it could be a number of issues. They want to start changing parts at my cost without knowing what it is or not wanting to admit what the problem is. This happens when the truck is in motion and happens without cause. A bell goes off you lose power for a short period of time and lose breaks for periods of time while bells are going off.
