One problem related to diesel fuel system pre-heater has been reported for the 2016 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The def fluid heater has failed. This can cause failure or def delivery to the system at lower outdoor temperatures. This component has already been subject to a NHTSA recall in earlier year models of tge same truck, up to model year 2015.
