The contact owns a 2016 Ford -250. The contact stated that while driving various highway speeds the vehicle had experience severe shaking and vibration after driving over bumps in the road. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who diagnosed that the front ball joints were faulty and needed to be replaced. The joints were replaced that the failure was remedied.
