Two problems related to other fuel system tank assembly have been reported for the 2016 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Code p20ba, reductant heater in def tank. It is a known problem but Ford did not include my year model in the warranty recall. $1050. 00 to repair. I see all over the internet with people having the same problem that I'm having.
The fuel tank sending unit is not guarded. Poor design, I have a fleet of Ford trucks. I have a 2010 f250 currently in the shop, Ford has a factory shield covering the exposed fuel lines. Ford is also not covering the repair under warranty. The dealership also stated this is not the first truck with this damage. Fuel was spraying on the exhaust for a while before it died.
