Vehicle has experienced multiple catastrophic upper oil pan failures, lower oil pan failure, coolant leak, fuel line dry rotted, and other issues at less than 138,000 miles. Resulting in potential loss of control of vehicle due to potential tire and brake exposure to engine oil and fluids. Potential of fire and other catastrophic loss.
