Door Latch problems of the 2017 Ford F-250

Tl the contact owns a 2017 Ford F-250. When the contact attempted to close the front driver side door from outside the vehicle, the door would not close. When the contact attempted to close the door from inside the vehicle, the door would not close or latch properly. The contact had to make a few attempts before the door would latch.
