The contact owns a 2025 Ford F-250 sd. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70-75 mph, there was an abnormal sound coming from the sunroof, and the contact discovered that the sunroof glass had shattered. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the contact was informed that the vehicle could be repaired; however, the vehicle had to be left with the dealer for seven to ten days. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 6,200.
Rear view camera system is intermittent and the dealer has been unable to resolve the issue. This is a large vehicle and it is very dangerous to back up without this camera working.
