Two problems related to carrier/rack have been reported for the 2000 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
5th wheel hitch mechanism was put in incorrectly, and insulation of the hitch/ the bolts and brackets were also incorrect. Hitch had to have two bolts for each bracket. Dealership was aware of problem . Manufacturer is folson folson lake RV. Charles langdon 11373 folson rancho cordova CA 95742 916 635 4545. The dealer installed the hitch incorrectly.
Spare tire carrier cable continues to break. Dealer has repaired carrier cable several times. Cigar lighter pops out on the seat. Seat belt doesn't retract.
