Two problems related to air bag not deploy have been reported for the 2002 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at 50 mph on the highway driver lost control of the vehicle, causing vehicle to crash into a guardrail head on. Upon impact, both frontal air bags did not deploy.
While traveling 55 mph and pulling a trailer, truck was involved in an accident with the right front absorbing most of the impact due to a vehicle running stop sign. Dual air bags did not deploy. Owner could only exit out of rear doors due to both front doors being jammed. Please describe details. There was 1 injury.
