One problem related to power assist brake vacuum has been reported for the 2002 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When applying the brakes the steering locked without warning. The dealer stated there was no fix. A special service message was sent out which stated increased steering effort at low speed or while stopped was a normal condition with hydroboost or vacuum operated brakes.
