The contact owns a 2003 Ford f250. The contact noticed that the frame underneath the vehicle was covered with rust. He also noticed that the rust was affecting the drivers side door panel. The dealer did not offer any assistance since the vehicle was no longer under warranty. The manufacturer also offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired.
