One problem related to rear seat belt has been reported for the 2003 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The rear seat belt buckles were replaced with buckles that extended eight to ten inches. When the seat belts were used the buckles were positioned on passenger's abdomen which could have caused severe problems during a collision.
