One problem related to front suspension springs has been reported for the 2004 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The bolts that hold the brackets for the top support of the air suspension system continuously break. This occurred in five vehicle (ambulances) so far, VIN numbers: 1fdwf36p84ec36009, 1fdwf36p94ec36004, 1fdwf36p64ec36008, 1fdwf36p54ec36002, and 1fdwf36p14ec36000. Took the vehicles to be repaired at Ford dealership. There were 2 units with bracket failure, also had broken brake lines which caused the brakes to fail. The brake light on the dash and the brake line was not attached properly. The rear suspension bracket had broken.
