Side/rear Glass problem #2

Driver and passenger windows are getting scratched when window is going up and down. Dealer/service states that road dirt is collecting in the felt material used to keep wind noise and wipe window clean when wet. Windows are getting deep scratches. Vehicle has less than 3000 miles and hardly used. Wife's truck is over 2 years old and windows do not look like this. Dealer/service took photos of windows and submitted to Ford and Ford denied claim to replace or repair windows.
