While driving 70 mph, the vehicle began to shimmy and shake violently. He reduced the speed to 40 mph and the shaking ceased. He is in the process of taking the vehicle to the dealer for further inspection. The manufacturer is aware of the failure, but will not provide compensation because the vehicle was not included in a recall and the warranty was expired.
