Two problems related to power train have been reported for the 2007 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact owns a 2007 Ford F-350 sd. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the rear wheel locked up without warning. Due to the failure, the contact temporarily loss control of the vehicle before the vehicle independently returned to normal operation. The contact had taken the vehicle to Ford of branford (301 e. Main st, branford, CT 06405) on three separate occasions however, the mechanic was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 110,000. The VIN was unavailable.
Truck was purchased new from lakewood Ford in 2007/oct. Took in for warranty work was told turbo was out they did not want to fix so they sent me to another Ford dealer that stated nothing wrong with turbo- but head gaskets were blown(all)that was in Nov. 2007 now truck is back at dealer for window markingsfrom window motor(they will fix but won't tint window even though was purchased from dealer that way) and they told us gaskets were blown again? well now I am at 34,689 miles and hopping they will not blow again ?????.
