Transmission Slip Out Of Gear problem #1

The contact owns a 2009 Ford F-350 sd. While driving, the tow haul mode switch engaged and the transmission slipped out of gear. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection; however, since the technician could not duplicate the failure, they could not provide a free remedy. The vehicle identification number was unavailable. The failure mileage was 3,500 and the current mileage was 6,400.

Power Train problem #2

Came up to stoplight, applied brake, engine would not slow down. Put truck in park, engine continued at 4krpm. Pressed accelerator and engine returned to normal. 4th time this happened since I bought vehicle new. Ford dealer says code doesn't show up and can't do anything. I have driven 75,000 miles and this is third Ford van and never had problem like this before.
