Tl- the contact owns a 2009 Ford F-350. The contact stated that while driving 70 mph, the vehicle abnormally decelerated to 20 mph and the check engine light illuminated. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. A mechanic recommended that the vct phasers be replaced. The vehicle was repaired on three occasions however, the failure recurred.
