The contact state that while driving 65 mph the front drive side tire tread separated and the front passenger tire blew out causing the vehicle to crash into a tree. No injuries were reported and a police report was filed. The vehicle was not destroyed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 28,000.
