Repair remedy has not been addressed. Leaving the vehicle owners footing the bill when a fuel system problem arises. It's been since 2024 and fmc has not done anything about it. Prior to loss of motive power you may experience a check engine light, noise, andor reduced engine performance. Safety risk a loss of motive power increases the risk of a crash. Remedy parts and software are not available to repair your vehicle. Ford motor company has authorized your dealer to update the powertrain control module pcm and the transmission control module tcm software, and to check for the presence of certain diagnostics trouble codes dtcs in the pcm which could lead to additional diagnostics, free of charge.
