I purchased 2, 2024 f350 super duty's for our highway dept. The camera systems on both trucks failed. This includes the backup camera and forward facing camera. I found a recall notice (24s66) for this exact problem affecting 2024 f350's. I brought mine to the dealership and was informed that my VIN was not included in the recall. The repair would cost $1,200. A check of the second trucks VIN was not included either. I will be filing another report for that truck as well.
