The connectors (part #1 huzz-14s411-hb) and (part #2 huzz-14s411-fa) are located in on the frame of the truck where the back wheels throw water towards when driving on wet terrain. They tend to hold water which causes electrical damage. This is happening on multiple Ford trucks from 2020 - current models. This is causing tail light, ac, radio and other failures to occur.

My Ford f350 is experiencing the recall deficiency issued by Ford in January 2025 after repeated calls Ford still is unable or unwilling to fix my vehicle. Ford motor company, and the local dealership have told me workarounds could be performed, but they would be done at my expense. A rearview camera on a pick up truck is used often and is a safety hazard when backing up blind to low objects.

There is currently a recall for the rear camera on this truck that Ford has yet to repair because they say they don't have the replacement parts. This truck has the 360 view package. There are cameras all around this truck and they all are getting cloudy to the point it's hard to see from any of them, not just the rear view camera. Ford is refusing to replace the other cameras under any kind of warranty/recall. I think that it's a matter of safety to replace all the cameras because they are all either unusable or nearly unusable. I use all the camreas alot because this is a big truck and there are alot of blind spots.

Safety recall notice 22s51 / NHTSA recall 22v644 we were notified on September 2022 of this recall after noticing our rear camera was defective. As of April 23, 2023, the manufacturer has failed to remedy this safety recall. Ford is saying the remedy (rear view camera parts) are not available. I am asking that the NHTSA engage with Ford to expedite resolution of this recall.
While driving on interstate the said vehicle hit a bump or bad spot in the road. The steering wheel and front of vehicle began to shake and vibrate extremely erratic. I immediately held on, looked in mirrors for other vehicles around me and had to hit the brakes. The truck had to slow down and immediately get it off the road without causing an accident. We happened to be on a 65mph highway. With hazard lights flashing we did manage to get off the main road to the shoulder. I new immediately what it was. My wife was with me at the time as well. We have owned this truck since it was brand new. At 9000 miles the same thing happened. Then again at 16,500, 18,900, 24,440 and the most recent time is 27,500. This problem has been addressed 4 prior times. Each time they change the steering damper and I get my vehicle back. Now I am told I need new tires, a caster adjustment and possibly another damper. Surprise the dampers are on back order. I'm very surprised there has not been a recall. Luckily I guess people have not been seriously injured yet. Thank goodness for that. This is my third new truck from Ford. I think we have certainly spent our fair share of money with them. Fix our truck so we can feel safe when we pull our camper around the country. That's why we bought this particular truck. Thanks for reading our experience.
