The contact owns a 2006 Ford f550. While attempting to accelerate at 65 mph , the vehicle would not accelerate. Then smoke was expelled from the exhaust system. The vehicle was taken to a local repair facility, and the fuel pump regulator was replaced. After the repair while driving the engine would stall without warning. The vehicle was taken back to the repair facility multiple times and the fuel tank, fuel tank liner, and fuel pump were replaced. The fuel filter was replaced twice. The failure mileage was 57,000. The current mileage was 58,700.
