Hydraulic cylinder clutch pedal malfunctioned, causing vehicle to accelerate when applying brakes. Dealer has replaced cylinder three times. Please provide further information.
The clutch pedal went to the floor and would not return, consumer was informed that the clutch master cylinder had failed.
