Tl-the contact owns a 2013 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph the service engine light became illuminated. The light would come on intermittingly. The contact had problems with the transmission being really sluggish while driving. The contact also stated that while driving the door popped open without warning and could not be closed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the door latches needed to be replaced, the transmission needed work, and for the engine light there was a recall on an emission issue that needed to be replaced. The vehicle was partially repaired due to parts for the transmission and the door latches not being available. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 32,000. Ed.
