The transmission goes into nutural while driving creating a loss of power while in motion. The air bags will not deploy and the light indicatoe is turned on on the dash display. Gas milleage has greatly decreased.

The contact owned a 2015 Ford Fiesta. While driving 20 mph, the contact's vehicle was involved in a side impact collision. The air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle was towed to a body shop. A police report was filed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The contact suffered from neck injuries and a concussion, which required medical attention. The failure mileage was approximately 19,000.
